Questions merchants ask
What do I need to register?
A business name, your mobile number, an email address and a pickup address. Add your bank or mobile banking account for payouts from the dashboard.
When do I get paid?
You can request a payout from the dashboard once parcels are delivered, and the dashboard reconciles every parcel line by line.
What if the customer refuses the parcel?
The parcel comes back to you through the same network, and you can follow the return in the dashboard. Return charges apply separately.
Where do you deliver?
All eight divisions and 64 districts, down to the upazila and union. The coverage page lists it district by district.
